TPT DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
For all orders under £50, standard delivery is £2.95 and takes 2-4 working days
However for orders of £50 and over, delivery is complete free and takes 2-4 working days
We work with Royal Mail and MyHermes to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible and just so you know, we may require a signature for your delivery
We now ship to 37 countries outside the UK
THE REST OF THE WORLD
For Europe to the countries listed, standard shipping is £10
For the rest of the world, the standard shipping charge is £20
Please make sure you or someone else is in to sign for your TPT parcel
We work with Royal Mail, DPD and Parcel Force to get your TPT parcel to you as quickly as we can
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you must include a returns note in with your parcel so we can identify it. If you no longer have your returns note, please send us an email for a replacement to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should send it to: RETURNS, Total Power Team, 17 Harold Gardens, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 2UN.
Once your return is received and processed we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If the return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. Just so you know, it can take up to 28 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or banking provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Just as a reminder, it can take up to 28 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: RETURNS, Total Power Team, 17 Harold Gardens, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 2UN.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse so we do suggest that you get tracking when you ship the item and insurance against loss or damage.
